ENZYMEC is intended for use in cleaning of dental and general surgical instruments, and can be used during pre-cleaning in automatic equipments, ultrasonic cleaners and washer disinfectors according to the instructions and recommendations of the equipment manufacturer.

 Warning: ENZYMEC is not a disinfectant.
 Warning: ENZYMEC does not have a sterilizing activity.
 Warning: After the cleaning with the detergent solution the instruments must be sterilized before the use on patients.

1 Preparation.
The solution is prepared by adding 8ml ENZYMEC per liter of water.
For instruments that have strong organic compounds, double the amount of the ENZYMEC per liter of water (16ml per 1 liter of water) and / or use warm water.

2 Immersion of the instruments and time of immersion.
Immerse the instruments immediately after use in the detergent solution, prepared as described above, until the complete removal of all dirt.
We recommend a minimum time of 1 minute of immersion.
Instruments with heavy residues of organic dirt should be immersed during a longer time in the detergent solution. Flush all channels of the instruments with the detergent solution.
Note: In case of aluminum parts it is recommended not to extend the
immersion time beyond 8 hours. If necessary, the cleaning should be done
with the help of a soft bristle brush or soft cloth, lint free, as recommended
by the instruments manufacturer.

3 Rinsing and disposal of remaining detergent solution.
To remove any residual detergent solution rinse thoroughly with water taking care to remove any residual detergent solution through direct irrigation of the instrument channels, if applicable.

4 Drying.
Dry the instruments, including channels (if applicable) by a lint free soft cloth, according to the recommendations of the manufacturer of the instruments and start the instrument sterilization, following the manufacturer’s instructions of the user manual.

5 More information.
- Remove the used detergent solution after each use.
- Dispose the detergent solution in accordance with the applicable national regulations.
- Rinse the container before disposal.
- Do not add hypochlorite or other chemicals.
- Use by the expiration date printed on the container.
- The detergent solution is not intended for holding and storing equipment.
- Store at room temperature.
